How much is your child on their phone? A recent article find teens are on their phones more than you think! A 2019 Common Sense Media study of teens showed:
Parents over use their technology as well, with 62% keeping technology next to the bed and 12% having their smartphones or tablets in bed with them. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommendation children's and teens bedrooms should be free of devices.
